Booking Terms & Conditions for TheSwimLife.co

Effective Date: September 1st, 2025

Thank you for choosing TheSwimLife.co for your private and small-group swimming lessons. By booking lessons with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final

• All bookings are final, and no refunds will be provided unless under extenuating circumstances. This will be evaluated on an individual basis.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we require 24 hours notice to allow for lane rental cancellations without penalty from the National Sports Centre (NSC).

• If your request to cancel or reschedule is not received at least 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a $26 pool rental fee if we are not able to cancel your reservation in time.

3. Lesson Packages

• 4-Pack: Must be used within 3 months from the date of your first lesson.

• 8-Pack: Must be used within 4 months from the date of your first lesson.

4. Important Notes

• We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as these policies help ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients.
